Miikka Ahola

My background is in Electronics design, but most of my career I have been working in different manager/expert roles involved in Electronics PCBA manufacturing, box build assemblies, technology development, Process Development, automation, robotics and Testing / Quality control with industrial, automotive and medical electronics.

I have been working extensive with different suppliers in electronics and module manufacturing around the world and have been participating setting up new factories and manufacturing lines for KONE elevators electrical assemblies in China, India and USA.

I feel that my strength is that I have been working with wide variety of roles in big global companies and have had an opportunity to gain the knowledge of the mistakes and successes on that path. I like team work and giving opportunity for diverse ideas to grow and take shape when talented people are all given opportunity give their input.
