I can support companies in strengthening their growth strategy, customer-centricity, leadership team effectiveness and organizational capability. I have special experience from travel and hospitality industry.

As an entrepreneur, executive coach and leadership consultant, I combine practical business experience with certified expertise in Business Coaching (BCI, EMCC), Workplace Big Five™, 360° leadership assessments and The Five Behaviors®. This enables me to make leadership dynamics and capability gaps visible and turn them into concrete development priorities.

I was selected for the 2026 Hallituspartnerit NOSTE growth programme for female executives preparing for board roles. The programme strengthens strategic thinking and board readiness through dialogue, shared experience and a strong professional network. I am committed to continuously developing my board expertise and plan to complement the programme with formal board governance education, such as the HHJ programme.
