My primary governance asset is Crisis & Risk Oversight—I have a career history of managing reputation risk, regulatory friction, and litigation communications. I also bring deep experience in transaction readiness, especially preparing assets for sale at premiums to private equity and in record-setting IPOs.
Operationally, I function as a “hard tech%22 translator—bridging the gap between the founders who build and the market that invests. I am comfortable with complex technical governance (Semiconductors, AI, SaaS) and frequently create or repair ecosystems, coalitions, and optics for policymakers.
For the past 15 years, I have been an Interim C-level executive, often deployed for turnarounds, where I delivered immediate impact and owned every outcome.
