I offer an exceptional blend of the skills and experience, which have been developed over a highly successful 42 year career in Financial Services both in the UK and Internationally.

Most recently, I successfully performed the role of Managing Director for Macquarie Bank, London where I was originally looking to become NED, but Macquarie%27s Board asked me to take a full time role to transition its UK Asset Financing Business.

I signed a fixed term contract which ended in June 2021, at which time I had successfully managed the business through a major transition / through the Covid-19 pandemic.

My skillset comprises Management & Leadership, Strategy, Financial (P & L, Risk Assessment), Sales & Marketing, Regulatory, Board Leadership / Corporate Governance. My style is extremely collaborative, backed up with strong business acumen to deliver well considered recommendations / decision making.

At Macquarie I was also CEO and Chair of the Board of its UK Regulated entity and I am a fully approved Senior Manager under the FCA Senior Manage Regime. Over the past 15 or so years I have performed highly successful Managing Director / Leadership roles with Allied Irish Bank, Cambridge and Counties Bank and Santander. I have also held senior roles previously with Hewlett Packard Financial Services and Fujitsu Siemens.

My unique blend of skills and experience gained from a wide range of career situations have developed me into an %22all round%22 business person. I also have very strong charisma and credibility which enhance my profile and can be applied to a diverse range of businesses and not purely financial institutions.
