I%27ve spent more than 20 years building, scaling, fixing businesses and making them exit ready across Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey, India, and the US.

I bootstrapped a cross-border trading platform to peak revenue across 30+ countries, executed buy-and-build acquisitions for Shimano in Turkey, and took a PE-owned logistics business to cashflow-positive and sale-ready inside six months.

That operating history is what I bring to a board. I%27m not only advising on international expansion, integration, restructuring, or exit readiness from theory. I%27ve personally carried the operational risk on each of them and seen where these journeys tend to break.

What founders, PE firms, and family offices get from me is that pattern recognition: the ability to see around the corner before a problem becomes expensive, and to ask the questions a shareholder actually needs answered.

I work best with companies in the €10M–€250M range at an inflection point like: scaling internationally, pursuing buy-and-build, lifting profitability, or preparing for exit.

I%27m deliberately selective: I take on a small number of advisory board, NED, and fractional board engagements where the chemistry is right and the challenge is real, so I can go deep rather than wide.
