What are (weapon)systems worth if they fail after a short period of use? What good is it to us today if the availability and performance of systems does not meet the relevant requirements? ILS/IPS - Integrated Logistic/Lifecycle/Product Support - is the discipline which ensures this goal. Demanded by the armed forces/procurement agencies, but also more than sensible for the OEMs/manufacturers to perform.
More than 25 years ILS- and more than 30 years of IT- experience enable me to support customers on both sides. Many projects - including the integration of related topics like engineering, PLM, ERP, SCM - enable me to implement the requirements quickly and comprehensively.
