I am best suited to investor-backed, information-intensive companies and scale-ups moving from founder-led reporting toward disciplined governance, fundraising or international growth. My strongest sector exposure includes fintech, enterprise data and AI, telecom and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and impact or development finance, although the same expertise is relevant wherever complex operations must become board-ready.

I bring 17 years of experience across finance, analytics and decision communication. I have built a data office, established KPI frameworks, owned recurring operational-committee reporting end to end, and produced board-, investor- and shareholder-grade materials for corporates, investment organisations and development-finance institutions.

I help leadership teams challenge assumptions and turn strategy, risk and performance into clear decisions and a disciplined operating cadence. My formal board experience is still developing, but my board-facing and fundraising-support experience is extensive—including long-term work with WOW Peru from early Series A pitches through its growth into a nationwide FTTH operator and eventual sale to América Móvil.

As an adviser or board member, I would contribute hands-on expertise in performance governance, decision quality, capital narratives and AI-enabled transformation.
