Throughout my career, I have had the unique opportunity to serve from three distinct perspectives: as the buyer, the supplier, and now an independent strategic consultant. Having led fleet and procurement operations within large organizations, developed solutions and partnerships from the supplier side, and now advised both government agencies and private industry through Atlas Government Fleet Solutions, I understand the priorities, challenges, and decision-making processes of every stakeholder at the table.

This well-rounded perspective allows me to provide balanced, practical advice that extends beyond a single viewpoint. I help leadership teams evaluate growth opportunities, strengthen operational performance, improve procurement and go-to-market strategies, navigate complex customer relationships, and identify risks before they become obstacles. Rather than offering theoretical recommendations, I bring real-world experience gained from leading large-scale operations, managing significant procurement and contract portfolios, and working directly with executive teams to solve complex business challenges.

I am particularly well suited to advisory and board roles with companies operating in transportation, fleet management, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, mobility, software, public safety, and organizations serving government or regulated industries. I also enjoy working with early-stage and growth-stage companies that need experienced executive guidance as they scale operations, refine strategy, enter government markets, or build stronger customer partnerships.
