I have established and successfully grown a renowned and awarded marketing agency as CEO from zero to 250 employees and 45M USD yearly gross profit. I have been responsible for tripling profitability as Chief Commercial Officer in three years on a group level.

Change is the new constant. Nothing ever stays the same. I was birth assistant to the media agency business in the nineties, but also wrote the obituary five years ago. I have founded a tech start-up as a hobby-project. And I have helped companies successfully transform their business and organizations as external board member.
