Martin Neselius

I have five years of experience from corporate venturing in an international environment, mainly scouting and supporting companies in Europe and the US. I have been actively involved in the board work for four start-up companies connected to SaaS, packaging innovation and IoT.
My background is however 15 years within food-retail where I have worked cross functions such as business- and concept development, supply chain development and IT in different management roles.
I am curious at heart and get energized by driven people and to build and learn new businesses. What I bring to the table besides genuine engagement is creative problem solving, a simplistic consumer approach and a balance between innovation and realism.
Early stage companies who need broad advise connected to business planning, go-to-market strategies and management would probably benefit the most from working with me.
