I am a Swedish advisor, facilitator, and creative strategist specialising in cross-sector innovation, organisational development, and complexity-informed decision making. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles across the cultural and creative industries — including board positions at STIM, Svenska Tonsättare, and national innovation networks — I help organisations navigate change through clearer governance, stronger collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

I have led EU-funded collaborations (Erasmus+, Creative Europe, Horizon), designed innovation programs, and supported municipalities, NGOs, incubators, and cultural institutions in Sweden and across Europe.
