We deliver expertise at C-level on both process-improvement and cultural transformation, as an interim manager, advisor or through projects. As a consultant and active professional myself, I am familiar with many obstacles companies are facing when they either change strategy, or attract fresh capital (and thus new and often very ambitious partners)
