Markus Bonke

I am a senior executive and entrepreneur with >20 years’ experience in leading global HR functions for large, multi-national employee populations, non-executive roles and strategic consultancy. I have a background in law and extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle and large-scale business and people transformation.

Currently, I am advising an U.S. based technology business on finalising their MVP and subsequently launching their proposition in a phased test market roll-out across Europe.

I advised a Berlin based start-up in the education tech space on people strategy, organisation design and product positioning;

I also provide consultancy services for European family-owned businesses in Aviation, Pharmaceuticals and Media focussing on organisational change, strategy-culture alignment, performance acceleration and the entire employee lifecycle.

Additionally, I am founder and COO of a consumer packaged goods start-up.
