I am not only having a 33 year operative work history but I am also a strategy-driven business platform & ecosystem developer, implementator and growth sustainability enthusiast with holistic point of view and vision. I prefer listening to talking. After I have seen the big picture, learned the motives and undestood the stake holders & other influencing items I can quickly start talking business.

In my work I am focusing on participative, long lasting, human, ethic and sustainable decision making through strategic mindset and Strategy Formulation, Planning, Implementation & Hands on Delivery.

I am a board member of Liikkeenjohdon Asiantuntijakeskus (LAK) Finland (Business Experts in Finland) and Suomen Liikemies-Yhdistys (Association of Finnish Businessmen). I am also a member of SSJS (Strategic Management Society of Foinland). I hold the status of Approved Member of the Board (HHJ - Hyväksytty Hallituksen Jäsen) and DiFM (Diploma in Franchise Management)
