I%27m very entrepreneur-minded person and having wide experience of many industries, of several process executive responsibilities and rather global experience.
During past 10 years I%27ve held several (closer to 10) Board memberships and this competence I%27ve been constantly also developing.
I’ve received widely positive feedback of my skills of interaction and ability to create the trust and motivation. I%27m skilled in negotiations and in situations when the personal interaction is required.
The best reward for me is to see that the company is achieving it%27s strategic targets and especially that the ownership strategy is followed.
Companies which don%27t have very developed management system and activities of the Board of Directors is not very advanced yet would possibly gain most benefit from my expertise. I do have cases in my portfolio where over 70 Years old company has nominated me as first independent Chairman of the Board. And we have been achieving over the Years excellent development and results.
Industrial companies and companies also having international business are also close to my heart.
As a person I%27m easy to approach. I don%27t gather too many responsibilities, only so that I have always enough time to provide my support.
