The HHJ course ignited my passion to work in business areas of strategy, leadership and innovation and to bring in my experience to benefit companies needing expertise in those areas. I%27m an experienced leader with over 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 19 years in leadership roles such as VP, with international experience. In those roles I have contributed to creating and revising business strategies for growth, cost reduction, and cultivating collaborative environments. I%27ve successfully led transformations and also managed significant headcount reductions while prioritizing openness and respect, earning recognition from employees.

As a scientist and researcher at heart, I am deeply committed to developing talent and driving towards a better future. While my expertise is rooted in pharmaceuticals, I%27m enthusiastic about supporting companies across various sectors, including health and technology.
