My background sits at the intersection of sport, governance, technology and commercial transformation. At FIFA, I was GM and CEO of FIFA TMS, where I led the development of the platform and operating model that brought transparency and oversight to a global transfer market involving thousands of clubs, tens of thousands of transactions and billions of dollars.

What I bring to a board is the ability to look beyond governance on paper and ask whether the rules, incentives, technology and accountability actually work in the real world.

The companies that would benefit most are sports organisations, sports technology businesses, investors and growth companies operating in sport where significant capital, multiple stakeholders or regulation are creating complexity. Particularly businesses moving from founder-led or entrepreneurial growth into a more institutional, scalable operating model.

I’m particularly useful where the board needs someone who can connect commercial opportunity with governance, stakeholder alignment and execution rather than treating them as separate issues.
