About
With over 20 years of international leadership experience at Mercedes-Benz, my work sits at the intersection of industrial strategy, transformation, and complex manufacturing operations. The core of my advisory value lies in translating strategic ambition into robust, executable industrial solutions across diverse markets, cultures, and governance environments.
As CEO of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Thailand, I advise on and lead low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing in an emerging market context. This role combines operational leadership with stakeholder advisory, supporting headquarters, partners, suppliers, and public institutions on localization, performance improvement, and long-term industrial sustainability, while safeguarding global premium standards.
In previous global roles, I advised senior management on production network performance, capital allocation, and large-scale transformation programs, including investment volumes exceeding €1.4 billion. As project leader for multi-site vehicle programs, I supported executive decision-making on factory footprint strategy, EV integration into existing production systems, risk management, and cross-continental governance.
A defining element of my advisory profile is extensive China joint-venture experience, advising executive leadership on governance models, production localization, capacity planning, and contract frameworks in a highly regulated and intercultural environment.
Earlier in my career, I served as a trusted advisor on supply-chain resilience, industrial standardization, ramp-up governance, and cost optimization, including direct support to executive board members during critical decision phases. Across all roles, the focus has consistently been on acting as a sparring partner in situations characterized by high complexity, transformation pressure, and strategic ambiguity.
Beyond corporate responsibilities, my advisory perspective is complemented by leadership in international civic organizations, academic lecturing, and non-profit engagement, integrating business performance with societal impact and long-term value creation.
