I am a seasoned HR professional with a broad international experience and strong business knowledge. After having worked for global corporates for more than 20 years, I started my own company in the beginning of 2015, focusing on leadership & team development and coaching. I am passionate about developing great leaders, and my key strength is the ability to combine the people focus with the business needs. I also have proven track record of leading demanding strategic change initiatives without losing the employee engagement. Through all my professional and personal life experiences, I have gained a great deal of sensitivity to work with diverse people and teams so would be happy to share my knowledge and work as an advisor or mentor.
