I spent eight years building Innocent Drinks’ Southern Europe business, from an export model to a profitable operation across Italy and Iberia with double digit revenue growth year on year. Now I’m looking to bring that experience to international companies that want to enter the Italian market. 
I’m passionate about making both people and businesses grow, as one rarely happens without the other. I’m a strong listener first, which means I understand what’s really going on before I jump to solutions.
My profile is genuinely international, having worked across markets, functions, and cultures, from procurement and operations to commercial strategy, finance and team building. That cross-functional depth is what lets me see the full picture. I’m particularly drawn to international consumer brands and founder-led businesses expanding into Southern Europe, because I know those markets well, and understand well how to localise strategies to succeed here.
I also understand the technicalities of governance in Italy, having completed a woman on board program dedicated to this specific market.
