Hello, nice to meet you! I am Marika Siniaalto, entrepreneur, CEO and professional board member. I am currently a member of the board of the Markkinointiliitto (Marketing Association) and a vice-chairman of the board at MARK Kustannus. I am looking for new board positions where my expertise could be useful.
My background is technical and also largely focused on marketing and communications. I have also completed a HHJ course (Hyväksytty Hallituksen Jäsen, Kauppakamari), so I have all required skills for working as a board member.
I have 10 years of entrepreneurial experience at Grapevine, which specializes in marketing communications and digital solutions. I have grown the company from zero to today%27s € 1.3 million turnover category and created a working culture that motivates and makes the team committed to our mission. During this decade, I have accumulated a lot of experience in business, business strategy, financial management, HR and profitable growth. This, I think, is certainly a comprehensive foundation for entrepreneurial thinking.
