With over 15 years of experience as Director at Foundation Tempus, I specialize in strategic communications, negotiation, and cross-functional team leadership. At Foundation Tempus, I contribute to fostering collaboration and aligning organizational goals through effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement. My work is driven by a commitment to empowering teams and facilitating impactful initiatives that support the organization%27s mission. Most of my work has been dedicated to improving education systems, learning and development and opportunities offered to young people through European programmes. As a consequence I am familiar with EU cooperation programmes and EU funding mechanisms since I have been implementing EU programmes since 2007.
I have experience with organization building and consulting organizations and enterprises how to develop further. Big part of my work would not have been possible without the team that I have selected, trained and developed over the years and I would like to support the companies as the board member to use some of the know-how I acquired.
