Board-level executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in education, government and the public sector. I help founders and leadership teams scale their organisations by strengthening governance, strategy, stakeholder management and organisational design.




My expertise includes public sector market entry, mission-driven organisations, compliance, risk management, AI governance and board effectiveness. I have led complex organisations through growth, transformation, mergers and regulatory scrutiny, working closely with supervisory boards, governments and strategic partners.




I am particularly interested in advising ambitious technology, AI, GovTech, EdTech and HealthTech companies that want to scale sustainably, work with public-sector clients or strengthen their governance.
