I have dedicated my career to innovation and creating outstanding customer experiences, both as a consultant at Ernst & Young, as well as in my roles at DNB, Norway%27s largest bank, and currently at Storebrand.

My areas of expertise include interface technology, strategy, and people management. I currently lead a team called %22Transformation Management%22 that is dedicated to digitalizing the business and making it more customer-centric.

I hold a diploma from The Norwegian School of Economics and have also gained valuable experience studying entrepreneurship at Boston University. Additionally, I recently completed a two-year coaching program to enhance my leadership skills. This combination of education, experience, and skill development has equipped me with the knowledge and abilities to serve as an effective advisor in organizations relevant to my field.
