With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in international corporations, scaleups and startups, I am now a board professional, angel investor and a venture partner at Eight Roads. I have a proven track record of leading and supporting rapid growth through transformation and digitalisation of traditional, analogue, brick and mortar industries, where success is built on advanced use of massive amounts of data, technology innovation, and an agile company culture with value driven leadership.

I have scaled tech companies and expanded them internationally, leading private funding rounds as well as IPOs. I am an active board member and senior advisor in both private and listed companies, including chairing the board or the audit committee. I am experienced in both B2B, B2C and B2B2C business models, subscription based revenue models, SaaS, commission/royalty based, etc. My industry experience includes fintech, mediatech, health tech, outdoor, SaaS, gaming and ERP.

The companies that would benefit the most from my experience in the board room are innovative and scaling tech companies with an international agenda, either they are already a listed company or a private company with the ambition to list in the next 1-3 years.
