As a former top manager and current board member (including investor), I have been through many corporate situations myself. With over 25 years of experience as a consultant and trainer at well-known academies, I offer great practical and academic expertise and methodologies. As a business coach, I have already supported many companies in strategy, innovation, digitalisation and transformation projects.
I have been able to gain experience in a wide range of industries: Electrical industry (incl. EMS and Deeptech), consumer goods industry and retail, finance (banking, leasing, funds, M&A and insurance), real estate and the health sector. The decisive factor is less the actual industry than the overarching challenge facing a potential client.
