I%27m an automation and robotics engineer turned operator (twice CEO of automation businesses), now leading the Polish operation of a global intralogistics technology leader. I%27m looking to take that experience onto boards — as a non-executive or advisor — for companies either adopting automation or building and scaling automation businesses. I bring a rare mix of engineering depth and P&L responsibility, and I%27m open to mandates across Poland, DACH and the UK (working language English). This would be my first formal board role, and I%27m approaching it deliberately.
