With long and hands-on experience from leading transformation programs with considerable tech components at large companies, I can guide discussions on feasibility of strategy and business plans from an advisory/oard perspective - will management really get this to work or cost as estimated? I can challenge and provide alternatives when it comes to strategy, roadmaps and plans in order to ensure that the board has a better understanding of associated risks and avoid that strategic objectives are not met.
Even though I have my hands-on experience from large companies (and reporting transformation progress to the audit committes in several major Swedish companies), my experience and advisory would also benefit medium sized businesses with a growth agenda, in which M&A or other pivotal transformation needs are needed to realize the company strategy.
