I worked as a business developer specializing in team management and development. I supported startups in their process of:
• Set a team strategy. Clarify company goals, set objectives, and ensure the team is actively working toward them. Furthermore, determining roles and how to allocate resources, implement better processes or improve operations. More productive teams that focus on the team%27s well-being which in turn makes teams more efficient and increases productivity and long-term profit.
• Manage and resolve conflicts. Analyze and find solutions for specific situations or shareholder structures. Clear the path for the company to grow and find fair solutions for the individuals.
• Establish boards of directors and advisory boards. Understanding the corporate structure, set up a requirement profile, and attract people with business experience and complementary skills.

My field of expertise also include sport science and enducation of personal trainers. I led live, and live online classes with 25-50 students per batch. Taught essential matters for a fitness professionals.
