I have more than 15 years up to date know-how as Executive Advisor and professional board member. My personal and practical advice builds on more than 25 years of international leadership insights into European fast-moving consumer goods and Nordic telecom services, including 15 years in CEO positions.

As operational leader I have been personally responsible for a yearly revenue of up to 13 billion DKK and 3,000 employees. In addition, more than 25 years of board leadership insight from 25+ board positions, of which 14 as Chair. As board professional I have handled a yearly portfolio revenue of 5 billion DKK and 2,200 employees across several different industries and owner structures in the Nordics, UK and Ireland.

Broad managerial education with M.Sc. Economics & Business Administration/Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, supplemented by INSEAD, Harvard Business School and IDDAS Associate and Verifier of The SME Tool for maturity scoring based on ISO 17029.
