With many years of experience in project management with process development and strategy work, I am motivated by development and collaborations to reach the common goals. As Club Manager in a large football association with many different interests, I made use of my qualities such as listening, take advantage of knowledge around me and the strength to take decisions not always the obvious. It was important to be proactive and look after the whole association. When I climbed North Africa%27s highest mountain (Jbel Toubkal 4167m) with the children in May this year, I proved to myself my tenacity and importance of willingness to reach the goal together.
