Transformation and ESG | Coach | Board Member
After a +15 year-experience as a Legal Director within international organizations in Business Laws, Compliance and Team Management, I had a call to explore the balance between the human and collaborative dimension of workplaces and the achievement of sound business performances. I have felt, experienced and driven thriving relational practices with my peers, my team and my clients, still delivering high-quality results.
I believe that the complexity of our times requires diversity and authentic investments on the relational dimension of working ecosystems. Embracing different skills, backgrounds, competences, and points of view is key to boost the economic system and integrate business objectives with sustainable long-term results. Every evolution, every progress, every movement towards a result is co-created by and with all elements of the system (human and non-human). The generation of true and significant value for all stakeholders involved is embedded in the relationship that each element of the business ecosystem creates and maintains with all the other elements.
In 2022 I qualified as Positive Psychology Practitioner, enrolled to the Meyler Campbell Executive Coaching Academy and founded The Thriving Project to help Leaders and their teams, Boards of Directors and Organization to thrive by envisioning, designing and embodying their aspirational selves and their unique way to generate positive and sustainable contexts in line with inner values.
I am passionate about Sustainability and ESG and trained at POLIMI on BCorp Model and Leadership for regenerative business. I currently serve as Board Member and Vice-Chair of a no-profit association ABC- ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR FOR ENVIRONMENT.
In my role as Advisor, I work on Transformation and ESG running projects around cultural transformation, value alignment, sustainability strategy and plan, and inclusive leadership models.
In my role as Executive Coach, I work with Leaders to enable building of a new authentic leadership paradigm focused on constructing self-generating contexts, creating beliefs and behaviours aligned with fundamental values and principles, facilitating human involvement and promoting emotional connections among people through shared values. My leadership coaching practice is based on deep listening, clean and challenging questioning and trustful partnership with coachees to build a sound and personalized journey towards authenticity, presence, focus and effectiveness.
