I bring 20+ years of experience across clinical development, medical affairs and evidence generation, combining deep scientific expertise with strategic and operational leadership from early development through registration and lifecycle management within 2 large Pharma companies (Novartis, J&J). As an advisor or board member, I can help companies translate complex scientific and clinical challenges into pragmatic development, evidence and execution strategies, while providing an independent, cross-functional perspective on risk, portfolio and investment decisions. My expertise is particularly valuable to biotech and emerging pharma companies—including rare disease and specialty-care organizations—that are navigating critical growth stages such as clinical proof-of-concept, late-stage development, regulatory preparation, launch readiness or the transition from a science-driven start-up to a more mature organization.

• Rare, dual experience in clinical science (mechanistic studies, dose selection, endpoint selection, biomarker analyses, adaptive trial designs) and clinical operations (site selection, recruitment acceleration strategies in rare diseases) with exposure to commercial execution (launch readiness, market access, competitive intelligence, publication planning and KOL strategy).
• Experience building capability and governance from the ground up (new functions, SOPs, training programs), useful for companies scaling past their founding structure.
• Expertise in a large panel of therapeutic areas with a specific expertise in Pulmonary Hypertension and rare disease more broadly, plus regulatory experience across FDA, EMA, PMDA and CFDA.
• Experience in BD&L clinical evaluation, including development of TPPs/CDPs for new assets.
