Leo Gruber

I have at track record of 20 years in management positions of VC backed digital business start ups/scale ups and I went through all phases from funding to exit.. My strengths are finance, investment/funding, M&A and business modelling. I worked for VC backed companies in central Europe with focus on german speaking countries, Slovenia, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary. I finished my last operational management job in a digital health company after exit in march 2022 and due to my seniority I want to focus now on advisory board positions.

Companies will benefit from my advice 1) when its about working out the proper business-/revenue model including details of accounting, 2) working out an appealing pitch deck for investment and M&A transactions and 3) advise on the steps in funding and M&A processes.
