Leo Cavalcante

I am an executive, advisor and board-level strategist with 20 years of experience in technology, product and business leadership, including the last eight focused on blockchain, DeFi, digital assets and RWA tokenization. I have led the structuring of more than US$25M in real-world assets across seven asset classes and currently serve as Co-Founder and CEO of Straton Finance, as well as Founder of VellaHub and RWAfi Brazil.

What makes me effective as an advisor or board member is my ability to connect strategy, product, regulation, governance and execution. I contribute independent judgment, risk oversight, portfolio prioritization, go-to-market strategy, institutional partnerships, fundraising and market positioning.
