Lawton Miller

Lawton Miller has more than 25 years of experience in the Chief Financial Officer role leading finance/accounting, legal, operations, and strategic growth for private equity–backed and individually-owned companies. He has guided organizations through acquisitions, recapitalizations and successful exits across industries including healthcare services, human capital management, media and distribution.
Most recently, Lawton served in an interim CFO role for Unlock Health and was asked to extend during a period of CEO transition. Just prior, he was the CFO of Simplify Compliance, LLC, which included the healthcare brands of HCPro and HealthLeaders Media where he oversaw 12 acquisitions while partnering with private equity sponsors and lenders to scale the business from $15M to $100M in revenue. Previously, he was CFO at ReMedPar (Reliable Medical Parts), MyOfficeProducts and Radar Business Systems, following early career roles at HCA Healthcare.
A Certified Public Accountant, Lawton holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lipscomb University and is a member of the AICPA and Tennessee Society of CPAs. Lawton is married to Mary Frank and they have three children. Lawton is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with family.
