My skill is to help teams and leaders to make clear goals, stay focused and be brave. I have consulted private companies and public organisations to grow and take next steps in their paths. I help teams to make strategic plans in realistic frames with %22sky is the limit%22 attitude. As a professional coach I have studied a certificate Neuroscience of change. I think understanding the process of change is important and the slowness of it which requires self reflection and focus.
I would definitely like to be an advisor or board member in organisations that are looking for support in their challenges.
