I%27ve built and exited a B2B SaaS company (UnityWorks, proptech, 2022), led strategy engagements at Deloitte across manufacturing, infrastructure, PE, and public sector, and spent time inside GE%27s technical leadership track in Nordic energy. Today I run The Development Bureau, helping European SMEs and industrials enter and scale in the Nordics, so I%27m in market-entry and commercial buildout conversations weekly, not theoretically.

I%27m most useful to companies navigating Nordic expansion, B2B go-to-market decisions (build a team vs. embed a partner vs. hire), or the gap between a strong product and a functioning commercial engine - especially industrials, manufacturing-adjacent businesses, and SaaS companies where the buyer is relationship-driven rather than self-serve. I bring pattern recognition from having done this operationally, not just advised on it.
