I am a problem solver, an innovator, and a strategic mind. I gained my experience in different marketing agencies where I developed my strategic and analytic thinking. Currently, I%27m supporting a growing start-up in making the transition to scale-up. I%27m constantly on the lookout for improvements and challenges. I will never settle for the status quo.

I strongly believe in sustainability. Not solely from pure ecological thinking, but also in workforce management, corporate social responsibility, and long-term thinking. For me, this challenge can partly be overcome with digital disruption and a permanent learning attitude.

I has a soft spot for customer journeys and performance marketing. Innovation and long-term strategy, as well as a strong brand image, are for me key for the success of a sustainable brand.
