As an experienced strategy and management consultant, project lead, committee member, and startup investor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in project execution and business development. My pronounced intercultural competencies stem from years of working for top-tier strategy consultancy and leading investment management firms across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

In my current role as Director at BlackRock, I oversee transformation and strategic projects with volumes exceeding €050 million including over 100 employees. My responsibilities include leading the business activities in our region, providing strategic advisory services to financial institutions, governments, and central banks, and contributing to key committees and philanthropic initiatives. I was also a member of the staffing committee and set up an office.

Previously, at Roland Berger, I successfully managed strategy consulting projects and supported senior leadership across financial institutions and public sector entities. My work involved developing long-term strategies, conducting market studies, and driving business development in the financial services sector.
