Klaus Breitholtz

I have 9 years of experience in International Startup Development, Management and Financing. 2 master degrees in Industrial Engineering and International Management provides strong understanding about business basic principles. Theoretical background combined with strong hands-on business experience and highly energic attitude makes me good member to your team.

I am originally from Finland and I have lived 2 years in Austria (Graz & Klagenfurt) and a few periods in USA (Michigan & Wyoming). I have wide experience from biotechnology, bio-IT industry and leading multicultural team with modern technological solutions.

Through my career I have been responsible for company%27s profitability, financials, sales and human resources. Shortly my task is to ensure our phd level can do the work they are good at ; other other words my job is to take care of the business side of the company. Now I am leading 15 people team with 6 phd and nationalities from 10 different countries.

In the future I want to learn more about working in boards and becoming board member in growth companies. I can help companies to create highly talented teams who can work together in a profitable way. I enjoy to collaborate with new people and having constructive discussions on challenging topics. When there is a challenge, there is also opportunity to find win-win solution.

Outside office I network at the JCI Finland and I am a member of Future Board Ry%27s board.
