From my experience and the feedback from my customers, the need for strategic and operational support is no longer separable.
The time of helicopter reviews, which are reduced to criticism of company results and high-level advice, is over. An advisory board member must provide the expertise and time to support a company with planning AND implementation.
Therefore, my motto is:
The added value of an advisory board member is generated by active support between advisory board meetings. Not just by criticizing the business results in quarterly reviews.

Companies that need to transform their sales model into a modern, more effective performance (KPI-based) organization.
Starting with process/compensation adjustments through to the development of new markets (GTM) and/or new sales channels (RTM). This includes concept development through to operational implementation support.
