As a business operator, I have led and delivered initiatives in business performance improvement, restructuring, M&A integration and scaling business. (P&L management). Mostly recently I was as a NED on a number of regulated and non regulated operating entities which required their corporate governance to be professionalised and support the management board in scaling operations.

I aim to bring my skills for both not for profit and profit making businesses as a sounding board to their scale operations, improve business performance and organisational challenges,
