The role of a leader, CEO or director is often a lonely job. They are expected to give clear direction and guidance to their teams. They are expected to communicate and drive the mission with enthusiasm and generate results. It is a lonely place sometimes and it is easy to loose yourself under all the pressure and expectations.
My expertise is in asking tough, yet constructive and forward looking questions. Be the pair of eyes when the leaders vision is blocked. Be brutally honest when the skill level isn%27t on par with the ambitions and gently, but firmly guide along the agreed path to success, whether personal or corporate. I have now two active board positions in non-profit organisations.
I have succeeded a few times and failed a few hundred times in various entrepreneurial and corporate endeavors. I%27ve started a hand full of technology and consulting companies and sold one.
I work as an independent evaluation and monitoring expert for EU funding programs.
My passion is to see people and teams grow and to contribute to their journey in personal and professional growth.
