I am healthcare executive known for leading with innovation to drive business transformation. I am an internationally recognized expert in digital health. I am currently CEO & Executive Director of The PCPI Foundation (formerly the American Medical Association- Physicians Consortium for Performance Improvement), a multi-stakeholder organization focused on creating a health care system that engages physicians and clinicians to work collaboratively to optimize patient outcomes through fostering innovations in evaluation of clinical performance supported by automated systems for continuous quality improvement.

I have held senior management positions with Cardinal Health, Inc., Baxter International, and American Hospital Supply Corporation. I have extensive experience with startup organizations as a founder, co-founder, turnaround expert, coach and mentor. I am a member of Chicago Innovation Mentors (CIM) at MATTER Health Chicago, a healthcare specific incubator working with academic and industry partners. At MATTER I have mentored 12 healthcare companies from the US, Canada and Belgium across many business models and disease states with a special interest in digital platforms. I have founded or co-founded organizations in consulting, software, healthcare and standards development. I have served as a corporate board member and work with several healthcare advisory boards. I also speak and write on health information technology and transformative healthcare.
