I am a serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, from small startups to companies with 20 - 300 - 7000 employees. From small $2.0M to over $100M in revenues. Have been a Best Managed Company and Great Workplaces.

Currently with 4 companies on the go, growing in revenues, talent, customers across many different industries. I sit on several Boards. Core knowledge in: CPG/ retail / conferences / special events / first responders / health care / animal heath / vertical farming / hotel hospitality / drone production and more.

I bring a set of skills to help organizations with: strategic design and build for growth. Pre-planning for exit strategies. Operations, HR design, talent management, sales and marketing - across USA and Canada, and certain global regions. With a strong technology understanding, having built (and sold) several app based businesses, and have 2 current apps in the market today.
