Kenny Niutanen

An engineer with 5 years of work experience in the university and 15 years in telecommunications industry, I have a varied background and experience of different environments. I the telco world I worked both in Finland as well as in the Netherlands (18 months) and Italy (10 years). This time gave ma a pretty good understanding of working successfully in foreign cultures. Having worked in an internanational organization both at he HQ and in a different country has given me different perspectives and understanding of a diverse set of realitites.

As a business coach, I am specialized in helping people view their plans and thinking from different perspectives. Further I am particularly interested in team work - dynamics between people, and how to take those into consideration either when leading people or working together as a team.
