Kenneth Bjerregaard

I create value in companies through board work, management consulting and interim management. My focus is the overall Owner and CEO agenda as well as business development of a strong efficient value chain, where purchasing, production, sales / customer service, logistics and distribution are major assets in ensuring competitive advantages and profitability.

I contribute with more than 30 years of experience from leading positions in medium-sized and large industrial companies such as Danfoss, LEGO, Martin Professional, APW, Rockment (Rockwool Group) and more than 15 years of board experience in the SME segment (owner-managed and private equity) both as chairman and non-executive member.

In my career as COO and CEO with P/L responsibility for a business unit, I have developed businesses and delivered strong results through optimization and operation of the value chain in several companies. My career have also given me the opportunity to lead cross-organizational initiatives with visible results within turn-around, outsourcing, mergers and digitalization. The latter part also in the role as CIO.

I am by nature uncomplicated, empathetic and authentic and have a trusting relationship with the people I work with. I am ambitious and solution-oriented, and work analytically, structured and persistently to achieve my goals. I am %22hands-on%22 where and when this is required.
