Kay Mourheg

I am leading the European business of an international sports brand, working with clubs, federations, distributors and strategic partners across multiple European markets.

Alongside my executive role, I selectively support a small number of founders and leadership teams as a Strategic Advisor, helping them navigate commercial growth, international expansion, strategic partnerships and go-to-market decisions.

In addition to my executive responsibilities, I serve as a Supervisory Board Member at MSV Duisburg, giving me both an executive management perspective and a board-level governance perspective. I see my role as a strategic sparring partner who challenges ideas, shares practical experience and helps leadership teams make better long-term decisions without becoming involved in day-to-day operations.

I am particularly interested in sports technology, sports business and consumer brands where my international network, executive leadership experience and board perspective can create meaningful long-term value.
