Kay Mourheg

I lead the European business of an international sports brand, working across multiple European markets with responsibility for commercial growth, international expansion, strategic partnerships and business development.




Alongside my executive role, I selectively support a small number of founders and leadership teams as a Strategic Advisor, particularly around European market entry, commercial strategy, go-to-market decisions and strategic partnerships.




In addition to my executive responsibilities, I serve as a Supervisory Board Member at MSV Duisburg and bring more than 10 years of board-level experience in professional football. This gives me both an executive management perspective and extensive experience in governance, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.




I see my role as a strategic sparring partner who challenges assumptions, brings an operator’s perspective and helps leadership teams turn strategic opportunities into commercially viable execution without becoming involved in day-to-day operations.




Beyond sports, my experience includes international B2B sales, digitalisation, e-commerce and technology adoption within mid-sized organisations. This also gives me a practical buyer-side perspective when working with B2B technology and AI companies.




I am particularly interested in selected opportunities across B2B technology, AI, SportsTech, sports business and consumer businesses where my European market experience, commercial expertise, network and board perspective can create meaningful long-term value.
