My key professional expertise is from international manufacturing, services and software businesses. I have operated in various executive roles (CEO, COO, VP Business Unit, VP Business Development) in publicly listed, family owned and state owned companies, turnover levels varying from 60 M€ to 1,8 B€.

I have versatile experience in strategic and business development and in restructing operations. I have had key roles in both organic business growth and M&A acumen. All of this has been linked with a strong connection to digital services and ICT.

I see myself best in the board / advisory board of an organization where there is an active phase of business and operational development. The feedback I have received tells that I am good at setting clear focus and fast in defining priorities. My communication style has made me successful in getting colleagues along and supporting the management in the implementation of needed changes.
